All items (in stock) will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

if an item is out of stock we will contact you via email, then telephone if
there is no response from the email.

Damaged Items :
In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during transit we
MUST be notified within 48 hours of the item being delivered.
Exchanges & Returns :
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. You may
exchange or return your item(s) for another item or a refund (minus
any delivery or gift wrapping charges) within 7 days of receipt of the
item being delivered.
All items must be returned with the paperwork, in perfect condition and in
the original packaging. Any free items or promotional goods must be
returned with the original item(s). Please include a brief cover letter stating
you would like a refund and any reason why.
You will be responsible for any delivery costs incurred in returning the
item(s).
We must advise you to return your item(s) by recorded delivery, as we
cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note that items take 7-14 days to process.
Exclusions :
Handcrafted items may not be returned or exchange, as the specification
is bespoke & individually handcrafted.
Earrings or sets containing earrings may not be returned or exchanged,
due to hygiene control.
Handcrafted Products :
Due to the product(s) being handmade, they may be subject slight
variations in colour & design compared to the image shown.
This makes the product an individually handcrafted piece.
